The Chamber Choir (MUSE 321) is an auditioned, mixed choir involving students from various disciplines across campus. This ensemble performs challenging choral repertoire, primarily a cappella, from a variety of musical genres and diverse styles and maintains a rigorous concert schedule in addition to the other departmental concerts.
The Low Voice Choir (MUSE 323) is a non-auditioned choir, open to students campus wide who sing in the bass, baritone, and tenor ranges. Typical repertoire performed consists of an eclectic mix, both accompanied and a cappella, from the 16th century to contemporary favorites. No experience is required--but a love of music is encouraged.
The Northern Chorale (MUSE 301) is a non-auditioned, mixed choir comprised of students from various disciplines across campus, including music majors. The Northern Chorale performs a variety of literature from various musical genres, accompanied and a cappella. No experience is required--but a love of music is encouraged.
The Women's Choir (MUSE 322) is a non-auditioned choir, open to students campus wide who sing in the treble (soprano and alto) ranges. This group performs repertoire of contrasting styles and genres throughout the semester, accompanied and a cappella. No experience is required--but a love of music is encouraged.
