What does being a Haile Ambassador mean to you?
Being a Haile Ambassador means getting the opportunity to represent the Haile College of Business, NKU, and myself in a variety of spaces. The Haile Ambassador program has provided me with the chance to see where I have room for growth, by having me experience situations that I wouldn’t have encountered otherwise. To me, being a Haile Ambassador means being a leader, a representative, and someone who strives for success by stepping out of my comfort zone.
How has being a Haile Ambassador benefitted you?
Being a Haile Ambassador has benefitted me by helping build my confidence and my network on campus. As I am approaching graduation, I am realizing how valuable this program has been for my personal and professional growth. I am able to call upon the experiences that the Haile Ambassador program gave me to be more prepared for my future. As well as knowing that the relationships that I’ve built will continue to support me in the future.
What advice would you give students in the Haile College of Business who might be interested in becoming a Haile Ambassador?
One piece of advice that I would give students in the Haile College of Business that might be interested in becoming an ambassador is to go for it! There are a variety of benefits to joining an organization like Haile Ambassadors outside of just another thing to add to your resume. You have the unique opportunity to build your leadership skills, grow your support system, and be more involved on campus. All while being able to make more friends in the College of Business and getting to attend fun events that you otherwise may not know are happening. You cannot reap the benefits if you do not take the risk, apply!
