Our department relies on a diverse group of highly educated faculty members who provide coursework in political science, criminal justice, public administration, organizational leadership, and international studies.
Our goal is to prepare students for a wide range of careers and to help them become well-informed citizens capable of engaging in local, state, national, and global affairs.
We offer several programs of study, including undergraduate degrees in five subject areas and a Master of Public Administration.
Internships are a vital part of our educational plan. We provide students with opportunities to work in the state legislature, government agencies, attorney offices, police departments, and probation offices.
